Mrs. Seema Sonare, a member of Vijeta Self Help Group in Indore, underwent garment training through NABARD at Apparel Training & Design Centre. She acquired skills in stitching, tailoring, and handwork, leading to her boutique business. With an extended credit loan for expansion, she now earns more than ten thousand monthly, demonstrating the impact of skilldevelopment.

Mrs. Mamta Prajapat, a member of Kailadevi Priyasakhi Bachat Samuh in Indore, overcame challenges in complex embroidery work and color matching. She restarted her embroidery business with a loan from SHG and support from other members. Mamta now earns more than Rs. 4 lakh annually, earning recognition as an upcoming women entrepreneur.

Mrs. Nirmala Sharma, a member of Radheshyam Priyasakhi Bachat Samuh, faced challenges in institutional credit and design development. With financial and business development training supported by NABARD, she acquired a loan through Joint Liability Group (JLG) to purchase raw materials and machinery. Nirmala now manufactures comforters and pillows, employing more than 10 workers and inspiring the community.

Mrs. Shakuntala Bai, a member of SHGs under SHPIs NABARD project on dairy farming and animal husbandry management, manages 13 buffaloes and 2 cows, yielding up to 80 liters of milk daily. She also engages in vermicompost and organic farming, demonstrating how training can lead to multifaceted success.
